15–20 mmHg — Mild Compression Suitable for:

How to Find Your Size

For the most accurate fit, take all measurements first thing in the morning before getting out of bed or walking — before any daily fluid build-up occurs. Always select the largest size indicated across all three measurements taken.

For Thigh High stockings, take three measurements:

1. Ankle — around the narrowest point of your ankle
2. Calf — around the thickest part of your calf
3. Thigh — around the thickest part of your thigh

Do not assume your size based on another brand — sizing standards differ between Australian, US, European and UK tables.
