At the heart of the JOBST® Activewear sock is Dri-Release® yarn — a premium moisture-wicking fibre blend of polyester, nylon, cotton, and spandex elastane. Compression Level Guide

Not sure which compression level is right for you? Here's a quick reference — always consult your doctor or healthcare provider for personalised advice:

15–20 mmHg — Mild compression. Ideal for tired, aching legs, mild swelling, and everyday active use including travel and long shifts on your feet.

20–30 mmHg — Moderate compression. Recommended for moderate varicose veins, leg swelling, post-surgical recovery, and higher-intensity athletic use.

30–40 mmHg — Firm compression. Indicated for chronic venous insufficiency, severe varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, lymphoedema, and severe oedema. Consult your physician before selecting this level.

How to Find Your Size

Measure your leg at two points for the most accurate fit:

1. Ankle circumference — measure around the narrowest part of your ankle
2. Calf circumference — measure around the thickest part of your calf

Take both measurements first thing in the morning before activity, before any daily swelling develops. Refer to the JOBST® sizing chart below and select the size that corresponds to your largest measurement.
