For the most accurate fit, measure your knee first thing in the morning before activity, before any swelling develops.

Take two measurements:

1. Upper circumference — measure around your leg 14 cm (5.5 inches) above your kneecap
2. Lower circumference — measure around your leg 12 cm (4.75 inches) below your kneecap

Select the size that corresponds to the larger of your two measurements. If you fall between sizes, size up for comfort.
